We purchased, yesterday, a 2010 GMC Acadia. Our sales associate was Clayton Bonnell. When I called and spoke with him at 3:00, he had said he would not be there because he was supposed to have left early but gave me the name of someone else. I'm not an avid on-line reviewer...but I will say this...this was hands down the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership. This pre-owned car I purchased was in great shape and I got it for a fair price. I shopped at different dealers for weeks in the Chicago suburbs prior to coming to Ken Nelson. Most used cars at the other dealers looked great online but had issues upon test drives or had paint and body issues. Also, I had to give out all sorts of personal information just to take a test drive or got annoying high pressure sales reps following me through the parking lot. At this dealership everyone I dealt with was professional (thanks Chad) and worked hard to make this deal work for me. I'll definitely consider buying from this dealer again
